ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
glaze:
2 cups powder sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp melted butter
instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9×13 pan.
2. Mix cake ingredients as directed on box and pour into pan.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
4. While cake is baking: combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat.
5. Poke holes into cake while still warm and pour glaze over the cake.
6. Let cool slightly and serve.
