Makes 3–4 dozen
Oven at 375ºF
15 minutes
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco for baking
3/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Set aside.
3. Cream together Crisco white sugar, vanilla, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
4. Add flour mixture in 2-3 additions.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Use a medium scoop and place on lined cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
