Refrigerate overnight

ingredients

2 sticks butter, cut into pieces

1 lb smooth peanut butter

4 cups powdered sugar

20oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2in of gulf wax/parafin 

instructions

1. Combine peanut butter, sugar, and butter until well mixed. Make into 1/2in size balls (or other preferred size) and place on lined cookie sheet.

2. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Melt the 1/2 in piece of wax over medium heat. Once melted, add chocolate chips and stir constantly until chocolate is melted. 

4. Take the peanut butter balls out of the fridge. Use a toothpick to poke into each one, and dip into the chocolate mixture. Place back onto lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Keep refrigerated.
