Makes two dozen
Oven at 350ºF
25 minutes
1 box spice cake mix *
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup water
2 eggs
6oz chocolate chips
*to white or yellow cake mix, add:
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease two 12-ct muffin pans.
2. Combine cake mix, pumpkin, water, and eggs as directed on the box.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
