chef bear's peach cobbler

Serves 8–10

Oven at 350ºF

50 minutes

ingredients

20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained

2 lbs frozen or fresh peach slices

1 box yellow cake mix

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 lb butter, melted

1/2 cup chopped pecans

instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Make cake mix according to box.

3. Layer ingredients in a 9×13 pan in the following order:

  • entire can of pineapple
  • half of the peaches
  • made cake mix
  • other half of the peaches
  • chopped pecans
  • sugar
  • melted butter

4. Bake for 35–45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
